Teambuilding Training

One-day training to help you become a better leader, team player and communicator. Using the DISC method as a starting point, attendees learn to identify one another’s (and their own) personality styles, which are anchored in their beliefs, core values and motivations. Upon mastering this understanding, attendees will know how to recognize one another’s strengths as well as what drives them to action. Communication skills improve more rapidly and effectively as attendees learn to apply this knowledge to interpersonal relationships.
